I am using Twine2/harlowe

I am trying to put in a link to a website as follows:
[[More information|https://www.going-international.ch/]]

This is not working. What am i doing wrong?

I am also confused, what I should use, Twine 1 or Twine 2, Harlowe or Sugarcube?
