I can't open Twine

Hey, i'm really new to this, i tried some time before in between Twine and Twine 2. I came back because i need to do some work for uni, and i would really like to use this program. For some reason everytime i try to open it from it does show up, but then it's all blank and closes it again.

I tried to look at the files, at the forum and look for a way to solve it in some pages in spanish (since i'm not a native English speaker).

Any way to help will be appreciated.
