[SugarCube 2.11.0] How to insert text at the start of next passage?

Hi,

I've been working on a game recently using quite a few dynamic elements. One thing that I have been trying (and failing) to figure out how to do, is to - upon clicking on a link - take the user to a page, and insert text at the start of that page. Is there any easy way of doing this in SugarCube, and, if not, has anybody out there figured out a way of implementing this feature before?
